This program will help you to take snapshots of your video files with ease. Able Video Snapshot supports AVI, VOB, WMV, MPG and MPEG video formats. You can add a file into the program’s main window by clicking on the ‘Open File’ button and play it to get to the episode you want to take a snapshot of. If the video file is very long, you can move forward until you get there. You can zoom the images to take better snapshots.

When installing the software, you can choose one of many languages, i.e. English, Spanish, French or Italian.

Once you have taken a snapshot of your video file, you will need to choose the output format and folder. The output formats supported by this application are TIFF, GIF, PSD, PNG, ICO, JPG, JPEG, HDP, PXM, PIX, and many more.

Able Video Snapshot lets you open DVD files directly from the program’s window and watch them without any other media player. The bad thing about the application is that it doesn’t let you play files in a full-screen mode.

The program is easy to use and works okay, but the price is pretty high.
